Quit buyin cheap pressure guages

The pencil guages arent as accurate as a dial guage and these can vary in range and quality
In the automotive trade we have guages that are very expensive but they will give an accurate reading even of your fart ...every time

PR, I don't want to know why you were measuring that particular pressure.

I like the digital gauges. I think as long as you're using the same gauge all the time you should be OK. A whole bunch of riders get by just fine every day without a proffesional gauge. This is one of those things that will drive you nuts if you dwell on it. But it's not worth dwelling on. Don't get a gauge from the dollar store but I don't think you need to spend $100 either. My 2 cents anywho.

After finding out how hard it is to get to the valve stems on a Roadie, I found a really neet guage at Advance Auto. It clips on to the valve, and then you connect the air hose on the other side. There is a small button on top. Push the button and the air fills up the tire, let it go and it reads the pressure.

Hey WhiteStar

Thanks for the heads up. It is a pain to check. Have to look into that gauge.
