Do I keep the whitewalls look???? 3 Years, 9 Months ago
Gettin' some new tires for my 2004 RoadStar Silverado Midnight. I like the retro look, but wondering if I want to keep the whitewalls that came stock with the bike. Not a big deal, just wonderin if you have any input.

I like black walls personally, but sometimes it depends on the general look of the bike as to whether I like 'em installed. Get what you like, that's the main thing.

Love whitewalls, but that's just me. Never get anything else; and its kept me down for a week once because I was stubborn and had to wait for them. Figure a week in the saddle without tires is better than not liking my new tires for a year till it was time to replace them.

But that's me, depends on the look you like and are going for and if you even care. This is your call. It is your bike.

I'm kinda partial to whites on this style of bike. Always had thin white's on my Heritage's, I really like the WWW look on the roadie...but I'm old school. All depends on what ya like.

I think whitewalls are BUTT ugly. That however is my personal preference and your mileage may vary. Opinions are like buttholes.....sometimes they stink! Just my 2 cents.

WWW's look great if you're into that retro look ... but a pain to keep clean. I'm not too sure if I go BSW next time when I buy Metezlers.
