Metzler 880 tires 3 Months, 1 Week ago
Thought I would tell everyone how great these Metzler are, Got about 500 miles on them now and boy what a difference from the OEM Bridgestone. Very smooth ride and I feel very secure in turns and handling. If they wear is as good as they are so far I will be happy. I don't think you can go wrong with these tires.

I have em and love em! I don't think we'll get as much wear out of them as they are a softer tire!

I was dead on 5K miles when I needed to replace my OEMs.... ME880s are at 5500 miles now and still look like they'll do another 6K easy!
Man! And talk about handeling... I'm sold on 'em!

They may be softer but I hear they wear like steel! I have an 880 on the back and I like it so much I may change the front to one also. I know I'm going to if I can ever wear this front tire out. So far I LOVE my Metezler!!

I loved the Metzler handling, but they didn't last but 7,200 miles on my bike, and I'm as gentle as they come. OEM rear went over 15,000, front over 19,000. Handled like crap. Thought I'd try the Dunlop CruiseMax. Over 5,000 on them, and they handle great and look nearly new. So far, this looks like the best rubber for my bike.

I too put the Metzler 880WWW on both wheels this spring. Best tires I have ever put on. Beautiful, soft/grippy, and they really changed the way my bike handles. I can almost change lanes just by thinking about it They lean and turn easily.

Literally, the only drawback I have is they require more attention when going straight down the road. They are so round that they don't seem to want to hold a straight line without a little attention...

Maybe it's just me, but I really can't tell alot difference between Metzler and the bridgestones that came on my bike.. I got 11,000 on the stock bridgestones so as long as I get close to that on the Metzlers I will be happy.. I bought them because of the reviews on here about handling so much better but so far I can't feel alot of difference...I still have the front bridgestone and looks like I will get 20,000 or so out of it...

Yes, I say ditto to the Metzler tires that I have.... Handling is wonderful... no comparison with the OEM's that I had before. I have 7,000+ on them at this time and they are still looking great.
