Hey dozer
Good to see you back.
Dunlops I have Bridgestones. About 5500 and they ain't that bad. A lot depends on your riding style. I almost never ride 2 up or really loaded down and I'm not a real twistys rider.

1st,chech your right wrist and forarm is it alot bigger than your left.
I also have bridgestones and over 8000 miles, ride 2-up all the time and still look realy good.So if it`s a no on the 1st question then it must be the Dunlops

Sounds low.

I have just a bit more on my rear ME880 but its softer and I do take off fast. My front ME880 looks almost like new.

hi musky: doc: guys:

the tires were a bit dry rotted when i got the bike, i noticed when i was checking the bike out the first time at the house.

i think that is why the wear happened so fast, i could see it if it was just the rear tire.

Well, you have tubes so dry rot isn't as big a deal but it still means the tires aren't as good as they're supposed to be. I think you should get new tires even if they aren't worn out. But that's just me. I'm real tire consious. It's a pretty major part between me and all sorts of pain.

I have around 8000+ miles on mine and the rear is starting to look a little suspect but I figure I can wrangle another grand or two out of it. The front looks a brand new. I guess that doing burnouts in the school parking lot might have something to do with the extra wear on the back but who knows for sure.
