Well, the graphics on-see new post "Graphix over Clear Coat".

I'm posting a close-up of the emblem, but i don't think you can see the edges of clear coat...yep look at 2:00 from eightball, and you'll see what I mean...

I can see edges of clear coat under the decal and at two o-clock

I dont know if any body else can...what did the decal guys say ???

to make it better again you may have to remove decal.. sand then put a new decal on again and clear coat over decal....

I think it looks good enough to go that route

I can see it, and I agree that sanding, re-applying the decal, and then clearcoating the whole thing is probably best route, even if it's not a cheap, easy fix... Nice looking graphics, though!

If you have completely removed the clear from that area (which I suspect) and the white is metallic you cannot sand it ... it will show up as a different hue.

Did you buy this bike used or was it new? Suspect the tank may have been damaged and they repainted that area.
