Hi collector714
remove the pads and add a dab of copper grease on the back of the pads.
I do it and the problem is solved, works for me!

Is there a write-up on how to remove the pads and where to apply the grease? (You know: One where they explain it like they are talking to a three-year old?)

Careful someone will think you are serious!!!
I have used a dab of high temperature silicone grease on the back side of the pads to help them move more freely. Others have suggested that the leading edge of the pad be beveled with a file to reduce chatter and squeeking. Mine only sound like a bag full of bees when applied because of the cross drilled rotors, but I would not trade my brakes and their noise for any others I have used.

I'm going to try applying one of those stop-squeal products on the back of the pads, if ever I stop riding it!
My bud's '02 squeals like a banshee too! Must be a lot of metal in them.
If the product actually works, I'll report it here, and what it was.
