I just emptied the bottle, rinsed it out and keep it by the MMO bottle in the garage. When it's time to dump it in I fill the little bottle, screw the cap down tight and pitch it in the saddlebag. That way it's handy when the gas gets low. No muss, no fuss. Again, I don't know if it helps or not, but I do know it's not hurting. You can use them to measure a short shot - 1oz. or full shot - 1.5 ozs.
