Pulling a trailer 3 Years, 7 Months ago  
OK...I have been thinking about pulling a trailer for my next "great adventure" going cross country again next summer. Im hoping you guys might have some info....does anyone make a mounting system for the hitch ect.... for the R*. Experiences, good or bad.....whatever.

Gidday..VikingWarhorse...Here's a pic and details of one that I'm looking at..mind you this is Classic Industries (Australia). A frind of mine has one of these on his R* and it's a neat fit-up.

I purchased a hitch from Mchitch (mchitch.com) for my 07 Midnight Silverado. Very nice, solid hitch for just under $200.00. Unfortunately didn't take any detailed pictures and the bike isn't here or I would have added a picture. Excellent people to deal with.

VikingWarhorse...I just bumped a previous thread on this topic 'Towing With Roadstar'. I had previously asked for advice and received some very good feedback on this topic..Hope it helps

here is my trailer very light and lots of storage. Has 5 pin round connector

My hitch is from Dauntless. Nice hitch but you will need to but 2 longer seat bracket bolts.

I have a hitch doctor hitch for when i rode to alabama from indiana, and also bought a swivle hitch for the trailer payed 300 for the hitch and 150 for the swivle and it was all a good experience wit the trailer willing to sell the hitch and swivle if intersted
