It would seem seem that 195/65-15 is the ticket... and I guess later * use a 16" wheel?

The current rage seems to be over the Dunlop 5000 Sport... anyone know any better?

I think an army flack helmet looks cooler than a DOT helmet. It doesn't show scratches as much, and the Kevlar is stronger than most of the material in Motorcycle helmets.
  • It probably won't stay on in a crash, but I saw someone wearing one the other day riding around and I think that I am Going to start riding with one of those

When you use a sarcastic analogy it helps to sorta get close to aligning it with the subject being discussed. That one is so far off that I thought you were replying to another thread. Just didn't work for me. Good try tho!

    By the way...

I asked a motorcycle shop (not a dealer shop) if they had ever mounted a car tire on a bike. They said, No, and would not do it even if they could. He said he had no desire to go out of business or even to jail because of a lawsuit. For many people it is not even a matter of whether it is safe or even a better idea. Unless you can find a shop that just doesn't care it is a diy project.
