Yep it was all under warranty. (They even refunded a $19 charge they mistakenly made for a 1/4 turn on the PMS.)

I'm almost a year and $700 into trying to get my '07 to run right, the dealer blew me off at first service and I didn't go back! since then I've installed two jet kits, two breathers, 12 spark plugs, one ignition module and every trick in the tech articles. Nothing seems to work. I'm going to check for manifold leaks now (should have long ago), I sure would not think a new bike would have intake leaks! If there were a lemon law on motorcycles this one would have been back at the dealer a long time ago! Thanks for everyones insight here, it sure is appreciated!

You can get the best insight here for problems, but these guy's can only do so much without putting hands on your bike. Find a good mech. or dealer and stick with them! JMO!
