Rode home 50 miles at 10 PM last night, it went from downpour to sleet to snow to 'fluffy' hail. Certainly pools of water in the tire parts of the lanes. I was totally waterproof in my Tour master suit, gloves,boots, and Shoei Full Face. Got home and dried the bike with the leaf blower and this am it looks like I washed it! Almost time to install the electric gloves. I can't wait for it to get too cold to rain. I hate rain the most. Personally my bike loves my craftsman.No spotting, no water left behind in crevices. Just wash, blow it off, and wax what ya need to and polish your chrome. If a blower says "HD" that also means it costs at least a "Hundred Dollars" right? The older I get the less I like the cold weather. If the temp is going to stay at or below freezing in the mornings I ain't riding! I'm in Iowa so I imagine I'll be putting her up pretty soon. I will not ride if there is snow falling, snow or ice on the road. I will take short rides from time to time anymore but when I was working at the fire house I would ride it all year except like I have already said snow or ice.
