Man,

I wish I would have had those straps yesterday. As soon as I kicked my feet up on the highway pegs that cold blast found it's way right up my legs.

I think I'm going to try the rain suit pant idea next before I go out and spend a few more dollars on the Carhartts.

BTW how close are folks to the Memphis area? Always looking for a chance to go riding.

I'm about four highway hours away, in Middle TN.

Frank,

A few of us go to Saltillo a few times a year. The pic was actually our lunch stop on our way there a couple of months ago. Maybe we can get a group of RSC folks to meet at the "Rollin on the River" in the spring. I beleive thte last one this year was a couple of weeks ago. My son also worked at Natchez Trace state park last summer. Some beautiful ridin around that area.

Like I said ... always looking for a reason to ride.

Right on! I'm hoping it warms up again, a little. I think the high today was 46F. I know... It's a lot colder in other places, but brrrr.... It doesn't make me feel much like recreational riding.
