I ran over a pre-flattened opossum, today. Kind of a pleasant, "thump-thump..."

No, those don't count... you gotta be the first one to hit and kill it... and unless you actually "killed" the Sentra, that don't count either!

Seems squirrls just don't know which way to run, i've gotten a couple. A bird got the best outa my headlight on my old Kawasaki...Just a couple of months ago I ran over a deer that was a fresh kill laying in the road, it was at night and lightly raining hard to see. Got some blood and hair on the bike but no damage, scared me though.

If it couldn't drive away, I'd count that as a kill...

I ran over a coyote on my old Virago. It was fresh kill and hadn't been flattened. Launched me about a foot in the air at 70 and puckered my A** up tight!!

I hit either a squirrel or chipmonk and it got stuck around my rear tire and kept flapping around in the fender and tire area for about a half mile or so! Blood everywhere. After work that day the smell was wretched too

My daughter, when she was 6 got off the bus and came into the house crying. I asked her what was wrong and she said that the bus had run over a squirrel, and that he just kept going around and around like a bad carnival ride.

I comforted her, and then later started singing, "The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round!" She laughed milk out of her nose.

A squirrel is like a wrecked car on a nascar track....you try to hit them and they will not be there when you get there... try to avoid them and you will squash them every time....Coug
