#137854 kena48 (User) 07 Road Star 1700 Junior Boarder Posts: 152 MSF Experienced Rider Course - Lessons Learned 3 Years, 6 Months ago   Took the class Sat. I was amazed at how much I didn't know. To be honest, I wondered if I could even pass the final riding tests after all day's instruction. And yeah, practice practice practice, because someday, when you really need those skills, they will be automatic and may make the difference between an accident, an injury, or whether or not you walk away from it. Also I routinely do the skills practice from the Ride Like a Pro video. I am constantly amazed at how much better I ride now. Although I've held a riders license for over 33 years I hadn't done any serious riding for over 20 years while kids were growing up. I learnt heaps from the course...more than I thought I would.
