I ordered them for the Dragsters and I'm pretty pleased with the sound. The pipes were a bit loud for my tastes prior and these will bring the noise level down. But, not too much. Performance wise you'll lose a little midrange but not dramatic either. I think it's a safe choice and a small investment to try. Good luck.

Here's another thing you could try if you're handy. I removed the standard baffles and stood them on end. I then took a hacksaw and made 2 cuts (like your cutting a pizza) approximately one inch a part and one and a half inches deep. Repeat on the other end as well. This should leave you with essentially 2 tabs you can bend inward. Try bending 2 inward at first. This will quiet the bike down a bit. If you want it quieter then try bending all 4 tabs inward. It's completely adjustable and you can bend them back to the original position if you're not happy.
Just be sure not to cut anywhere near the welded nutplate in the baffle that holds the retaining screw.
One word of caution. Don't close off the flow of exhaust too much. Let it breath a bit and avoid burning a valve.

I contacted Cobra technical support and they were very good about anwering within 24 hours. I have the Cobra Dragsters and they admitted the baffles were not designed for them specifically but they would indeed fit. They told me the Dennis Kirk site was not "technically" correct by listing them for the Dragsters but they would fit right in.
And they did fit like a glove.
Just give them the specifics and I think you'll get a pretty straight answer. Good luck!
