Drag bars on 6" risers and when I broke a shock I replaced them with shorter struts welded up from 4 large nuts and some 3/4" round bar stock. That was a baaaad boy! The next one would have to been a pure tourer, though. Probably either a Venture or a Voyager. Or perhaps another old british bike, like a Norton Comando or a BSA Lightning...those are the bikes that introduced me to motorcyling.
