One day he's in the garage tinkering so I stroll up to see what he's doing. He's putting on chrome covers for the bottoms of the passenger floorboards. He says &quot;Check this out&quot;. The packaging says &quot;Genuine Harly Davidson Parts&quot;, then he shows me the inside of the cover and there's a little tag that reads &quot;Made in Taiwan&quot;.
