stock seat question 3 Years, 4 Months ago

hey guy's

been working on re-shaping my stock rider seat-happy with the re-work done.(not sliding into the tank anymore) remove just enough to keep seat flat plus back just a little.

question

stock foam is ok during the cold weather (is staying firm)but when the weather gets hot plus body temp (not holding up)

do you think if i remove the stock foam at contact area , replace with firmer foam just at that spot would that work??

thinking of removing 2" of stock foam , firmer foam plus re-shaping

I shaped mine from the underside to maintain the stock shape. but the seat caves in in all the right places when i sit in it...Haven't tryed it in warm weather yet
