buyer be wear 3 Years, 3 Months ago
Just want to put this out there. I bought a new Corbin seat when it came in the pillion set up about 1 inch to high and left a gap where you could see under it and the rider set moved me all the way to the tank. I know this is not right as I have had one on my last road*. When I called they had me send pics by E-Mail, they said what they saw was not right ( good for them) they are having me send the seats back to make it right. This is good service except for one thing I have to pay for shipping to get them back. I guess it is a good thing they are going to fix the seats hope I get them back soon.

The good news is they are making it right. I too do not agree with you having to pay the shipping back. Maybe they will somehow make that right with you also.

Hope their quality isn't being affected just because the company is up for sale.

It sucks that you have to pay the shipping for a mistake beyond your control. But if they are willing to take care of the problem its better to have to pay the shipping and get it taken care of other than having a 4-700 dollar seat you arent happy with. Im sure they will work something out with you. I have delt with Corbin a couple time and have always been happy with them.

They could fax you or overnight you a UPS label. They could even give you the company account number for a UPS label to ship it back at their cost, not yours. I would ask them to reimburse you for the freight as it's not your fault.

Didn't know that, hopefully it was just a parts picker that smoked his lunch that day...
