Re:Stranger sitting on bike? 3 Years, 3 Months ago
I never forget once when i was about 11 while at a parade/town fair I watched a couple of guys pull up park their bikes walk away to enjoy the fair. about 20 min later some old guy hopped on one of the bikes to check it out then dumped it over. all i thought was what an ass**** unfortunately i had left before the owner came back. i was soooo ready to watch the owner kick the old mans ass. I sure as hell was gonna tattle tale on the old man, I knew if it were mine i would want to know who did it.

as for me if i were to find someone sitting on my r* well they would find my 6' tall 450lb ass sitting on their head!!!!

I'm not really big enough to scare anyone. Although I've never lost a fight either! I would most likely confront them and verbally beat them, and if it was some HULK of a dude, I'd probably ask him "So what do ya think of her?" And then ask him Why he would think it was OK to just sit on a strangers bike without asking, and hope I don't get my head ripped off.

All this talk about removing someone from your bike. I'm curious how the legal system see's it...I really don't know what your rights would be.. but it would be good to know before hand..

Ever get bounced out of a bar?

I have been told by my local constabulary that you have a right to protect your property or stop someone commiting a crime. Better not go overboard though.

I bounced in minneapolis for 3 years. As long as the guy was drunk and you weren't the cops beleived anything you said, no matter how busted up the other guy was.

Same in Texas. Hey, I had to earn money in college, no?

Hell, I think the Lewisville cops enjoyed out of control drunks getting "handled" far more than we did...but that was 1985, too. I'm sure everything has changed there since then.

I've got a buddy who's a state trooper. I asked him about people who resist arrest, and whether that makes his job harder.

He laughed and said, "Hell, I LOVE IT when they resist!"

I road with a man I knew only as Big Jim a few times before he passed. he had a 20"long by 1" steel pipe tucked under his gas tank on little hocks along the spine. glad i never saw him use it, but I heard of many cages that had the privlage of meeting it.
