Gold Boarder Posts: 764 Kuryakyn taillight question? 3 Years, 2 Months ago   I know many aftermarket tombstone tailights do not fit the contour of our fenders. Who has installed a kuryakyn tombstone and most importantly, do they lay flat? If you want a flush instalation then you have to cut a hole inn the fender and weld/braze/solder a box behind that hole. The light unit will go into the box and the lens will be flush with the fender. I think the tail light was aftermarket HD with the Kuryakyn turn signals added. I filled one of the holes on my fender and lowered it some so it fit better, then tightened the s*&t out of it.
