Hey DrumDon
I ended up doing as Greeny did.
I first tried pulling baffles and tried without, but sounded terrible. So, tried wrapping sheet metal on half the baffles, and sounded better, but wanted more. Ended up wrapping sheet metal on whole screened part of baffle and tried without packing, but sounded a little tinny. I ended up putting packing back in, and sounds louder and deeper. I used three stainless clamps on each baffle, and then used RTV on all seams. When you crack open the throttle, people just gotta smile!!
Of course it's individual preferance, but I love the sound of my pipes, and get a lot of complements on them!

The packing in my RH 2 onto 1 started blowing out after about 300mi. I didn't mind because I like loud. I ended up stripping the packing out of the baffel that comes stock w/ the pipe .I bought a "quiet" baffel which I keep "packed" when the wifey comes along .It takes about 2min to swap them out as needed

Lately, when I get on the throttle, I seem to draw the attention of the LEO. But by the time they get behind me I am just cruizing along with the nice throaty rumble the Dooleys are known for.
