exactly like Texans. I work with a lot of guys like this. I ride year round and I hear from them all "winter" saying "I can't wait for it to warm up so I can get my bike out of storage". wtf?!?! It's 60* outside and sunny! put on a friggin jacket!

Well, I can tell y'all that it gets dang cold here in Dallas in winter. Like from the end of November to the last of February. But we do have milder days mixed in. Last week it was down in the 30's here but yesterday it was in the 80's. I know 30's temps don't sound like much to you northern guys but we have what is called the wind shill here in Texas. It could be in the 30's but it could feel like 20's because of the wind chill. In the summer we have the heat index. 90 degrees could feel like 100. Has something to do with the humidity I think.
