Never heard of that brand. The OEM battery is a Yuasa YTX20L which is 270 CCA. Yuasa also has a YTX20HL which is 320 CCA. The H in the designation means "high performance". What you have is probably the equivalent of the YTX20HL.

Hi Curt; I bought a Westco battery that is 320CCA. It replaced a battery that was only 18 months old. Really cranks the motor over easily. It also was $79.95 with free shipping. Seems like the stock battery just doesn't cut the mustard when you add passing lamps and extras.

Curt:
I was just checking out some batteries, found out that Wal-Mart has one that is the NEW technology. Its an AGM (Absorbed Glass Matt), YTX20L BS, here it sells for 140$. It states that it holds its specific gravity 3 times longer than conventional types. Lots of cranking power, it gets cool here and I found that its a bit slow in cranking, the one I have now so was thinking I'm ready to invest, may save prob later on.

Have the battery sizes changed over the years on the road*?
I have an 08 model and the OEM battery for it is GT14B-4 which is smaller than the YTX20L.
My battery compartment won't hold a bigger sized battery. Also, I've never felt that the battery cranks the engine fast enough.

YAHOOOOOOOOOOOO put the new battery in and boy does that puppy really crank now!!! After it is warmed up I barely hit the button and she is fired up and idling. Man those 320 cranking amps are really sweet. No more UH UH UH! smith1j the reasone the 08 have a smaller battery is because of the electonics that the fuel injection has. They had to get some room for it somewhere so the did it with the battery. Sorry guy!
