Need to purchase sissy bar bag - please advise 3 Years, 2 Months ago

2001 Roadie here. Need medium to large sissy bar bag for upcoming trip as well as day-to-day use. Here are my constraints. Please provide your recommendation.

-Reversible to sit on rear rack or turned around to sit on passenger seat.
-When filled, can be used a backrest
-Smartly designed compartments and easy of access
-Water resistant
-Normal sized laptop fits

So, can you guys provide your recommendations?

I show pics and compare two in this thread. http://tinyurl.com/cox9l4 Pick a bag any bag, If you read what I posted it will have you thinking in right direction. BTW find 2 zip lock bags for your laptop, no such thing as a waterproof bag. Boat stores have bags made for such purposes.

Planet42: I recently joined PGR, and am interested in mounting 2 6"x9" flags to the back of my R* - maybe off the license plate. Does anyone have any suggestions on what mounts are good and where I can get them?
