Hey guys - I've got an appointment on Friday for my dealer (whom I actually trust; they actually know what they're doing) to rejet my carb, install my Thunder Mfg. air kit, and possibly remove the AIS. I was wondering if there is anything you guys might recommend I ask them to "make sure to check" or whatever. I always hear stories of where people ride their bike away after the dealer works on them, and have problems because something was overlooked or done incorrectly.

Maybe you 'carb-people' would know which jets/settings should be used... I've got an '07 (CA version), running Roadhouse Dooleys, installing a Thuinder Mfg. S&S-style air kit, and will be using the Dynojet jet kit for the carb. Any thoughts?

One more thing: Has anyone installed the adjustable PMS screw? Click here to see what I'm talking about. Is it something that's worthwhile? And if I bought it after this rejetting appointment, is it something that's easy to install myself? Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks,
:-DD.

What exactly do you mean by "easy" to install? What's the general procedure?
