new handle bars 5 Years, 3 Months ago
I just bought the Barons Nostalgia handlebars and they said it worked with stock cables well after rerouting the throttle and brake line under the fork on the tank side they fit but the brake line is tight and they both rub on my tank.
Question has anyone else installed these bars and if so what size cables did you use and where did you get them. I found Barnet and Motion pro cables from Phatperformance.com but no extended brake line I am on a tight budget so I want to go with SS but just replace the top line on the brake and the throttle for now.
any advise would be great.

Get some flexible plastic tubing (or anything like that) and route it the way you want. Then measure and order the closest size larger than your measurement.

Make sure to move the front end side to side to make sure the hose doesn't bind anywhere.

I don't know what you're buying but just make sure you get the right ends. There are different ends for different applications.
