I finally got the bike back together around 4:15pm or so on Sunday. Took her out for her maiden voyage (around 52F), drove by one of my favorite watering holes and saw about 8 bikes out front. It was perfect...all of them were black and the only place to park was right in the middle of them! The new blue stood out like you wouldn't believe!!

I went inside to see my friends, they bought me a beer and then wanted to go back outside to show me some of the new parts on their bikes. (nobody having a clue that I got mine painted). They stopped in their tracks!! Is that your bike? Holy S@%T!!

We ended up talking about it for about 20 minutes and they forgot all about showing me their new stuff!!

Now its 25F with 2" of snow!! I was so excited to get out on the damn thing for the first time that I didn't stop to take pictures and we are not going to have nice weather until the weekend, but new pics are coming...I promise!!

sounds awsome.had some harley guys come over saturday to check out the work my painter did and now he is doing one of there bikes.i belive on guy said to the other that if he rode a bike like the roadie he would get rid of his harley.lolnow thats cool.

I can see the air cleaner I think, but no paint......

Oh, and it was 75 here yesterday.....what is this snow you speak of?
