6'2", 251 (257 last week! losing weight--woo hoo! ) here. I'm built really weird, with short legs (33" inseam) and 37" arms. Can you say Magilla Gorilla? Anyway, I liked the way the bike felt before, but I still kinda felt my knees were too close to me and my arms were reaching too much on those funky HD bars that were on there (a woman owned it before me). Can't wait to see how it feels once I get 'er put back together since I put the Barons Star Bars on and added 3" floorboard extensions with a 10 degree tilt.

Also got the Barons Kickback Risers, but I didn't like the look of the way they stretched the electrical bundle out of the headlight bucket, so I'm trying it with the chrome stock risers off an 03 Roadie first. With these ape arms, pullback isn't THAT much of a concern...I can reach...

(a woman owned it before me).

Naturally, that was the target consumer for the white R*'s.

6' 2" 235lbs here. After just trying to sit comfortably on the HD, I couldn't imagine riding it for any distance. While the R* was much bigger, and fit better, I still had problems in tight turns with the bars hitting me in the knee, so I put the apes on, as well as installed peg extensions from the floorboards (not pictured). Like I always say, it's like riding the sofa now..

Just keep trying to make yourself feel better while you save up for the white paint job, Roadie...it's OK, we understand.

Seriously, the bike came from Phoenix. I like black bikes and all, but I wouldn't want ANY black vehicle in Phoenix in the summer when it's 118. I like my layers of skin right where they are.

5'8" 190lbs here. Bought my R* simply because I liked the way it rode. Thought it was comfortable and easy to handle despite its size. Was nervous about the size at first, because I was still an MSF Ridercoach at the time, and we used our own bikes for demonstating the course, but after a little practice I didn't have any problems manuevering it through the exercises.

I hear ya, I bet they don't even sell black cars/trucks in Phoenix. I had a black pick up once, that sucker was hot even in the winter. And trying to keep it clean? Forget it, I'll never have a black car or truck again.

Just got back from an 1 1/2 hour cruise on the bike, she's still sweet as can be.

Started out at 6', after 4 back surgeries I'm just hitting 5'11" @215lbs. The Roadie was the closest thing to perfect ergo I found stock. I've added DT pullbacks, 1.5" board extensions with 10degree angle and a backrest and it sits like a recliner!! I've had several Yamis in my life and was fairly partial to them to start. It also had one of the better physical rides of all the bikes I test rode.

Svelte 6'3" 275 here... Agree with thebru, will feel like recliner (especially after I put on the floorboard extensions). I love da' feel of this bike!

BTW Bru... sorry I missed ya last week, was hauling the boyz around all day. Going to be out of town tomorrow, but Sunday sounds like a possibility, heard it's supposed to be nice out! Yee-haw

I think your right, the reason I chose the Roadstar is its Size, I am 6.1 260 pounds (I am tiring to lose the weight.)
I to found that I looked like I had stolen some kids mini bike when I was riding my old Bike. The Roadie is the only bike I have found that makes me look thin
