My opinion is that they're both WAY overpriced. I got my bags from Carolina Leatherworks. They're the thickest leather you could ask for, with super solid reinforced backing. I mounted EasyBrackets on them and there's no flex at all. And they cost about $700 (yes... $700) less than the Boss Bags you're looking at. Just my $.02 :-DD.
