I'll start it off. Gee Musky. What a surprise So what else is new No! not you! All righty then. I don't get it. We will drop 150 bucks on bling that serves no other purpose than to look at without a second thought. Won't make the bike run better or get you home on a rainy ride. But we don't want to spend more than 30 bucks a season on oil / filters. Do the bags hold their shape? Are they weather proof? Are you satisfied with them? Just curious.. Im in the process of buying some bags, I priced the one from the dealer and I think they are too expensive. I have a 2005 roadstar 1700 its my first bike and Im new to all this. I'm not averse to spending more for oil and filter, I just happened to buy what was convenient at the time. I'll more than likely switch what brand of oil and filter I'm using after I use what I've stockpiled. They're OK for $140 bags but they are just $140 bags. Thin, Floppy, Stiff as heck in cold. I just got them to use until I decide what bag I want for sure. I do like the style though and the pockets on the outside are great so I'm even thinking about getting a set made just like them but in good heavy leather.   Logged       The administrator has disabled public write access.
