The ones I bought have the rear hole for the board attachment slotted. I can adjust the tilt of the boards from flat to around 15 degrees. I think it's a good idea. You can get it set right for you.

I might have to slot the rear hole on the set I made. At the 15 degree tilt it's at right now, I am very comfortable, but I'm scraping the boards away. I'm almost down to nothing on one of my moles.

I have the slot in front which raises the front of the floorboards rather than lowering the rear. It may help with scraping.

Does anyone know if the mod will make the floorboards interfere with the highway bars? Or which brands it will work with?

I'm running the Yammi Big Bar and did the 3" floorboard extension. No interference, no problems.

Got the Cobra 1 1/2" bars (not the fatties) but have no room to extend. I use highway the pegs mounted outside on bars and rest my heels on floorboards. Works for me.
