hey guy's
looking to install the floorboard ext. per tech! is that still the best way? my friend has a metal shop he could make them for me.

The ones I bought have the rear hole for the board attachment slotted. I can adjust the tilt of the boards from flat to around 15 degrees. I think it's a good idea. You can get it set right for you.

I have the slot in front which raises the front of the floorboards rather than lowering the rear. It may help with scraping.

I did the tech thing love the extra length, cost next to nothing to do yourself.  try it I know it worked for me, and if you don't like them buy a set. But what the H--- you can say you made them that the part I like the best when asked about my boards  hope I helped good luck let us know what you do   |

Does anyone know if the mod will make the floorboards interfere with the highway bars? Or which brands it will work with?

Got the Cobra 1 1/2" bars (not the fatties) but have no room to extend. I use highway the pegs mounted outside on bars and rest my heels on floorboards. Works for me.
