I just landed a contract to design a new website for a local shop that builds and restores hot rods/muscle cars, and after a little negotiating they're going to paint my bike as partial payment for my services. Both are from JE Illusions out in Oregon. This first one is pretty spot on for what I'm wanting, but there are a few things I'd change. Most notably, I'd probably do the blue areas with a marble or crystal effect rather than the shown haze effect. I might also incorporate some hotrod style flames in the blue area as well, but would have to see how it looked all laid out to see if it would be too busy. This is very similar, but with the two primary colors fading together rather than being separated. The only thing is that you want it more of a ghost effect rather than the pic you have which is more 'in your face'.
