I own an RS and a Shovelhead. I tinker with the Shovel and ride the RS. One day the Shovel will be rolling again. I love them both. The Shovel, a 1975, was always an adventure. Oil leaks, oil burning, carrying two quarts of oil on trips, a few break downs but nothing I couldn't fix with some wire and electrical tape and spare nuts and bolts. Get it, man.

Hmmmmm,
-First bike is a 1971 Honda MiniTrail 50 (the little yellow/white one with the fold-down handlebars for storage)
-A little Bridgestone 2 stroker.
-Several other Honda dirtbikes and quads.
-First road bike was a 1983 750-4 Maxim with only 13,000km (went like stink) Sold it to a buddy,I really wish I'd kept it now!!!
-Had a 650 V-Star 650 Classic (too small for me-sold it)
-My favorite is my 2005 RoadStar Silverado.
-The little toy to rip around the farm on is a 2008 Mini Baja)

I think my next "second bike" will be a RS WARRIOR.
And maybe one of them URAL 2-wheel-drive bikes with camouflage paint and the sidecar.???

And one day I might just inherit Dad's Harley Road King Classic????? ?????

If that ol shovel is a good price, ya better get 'er for a tinker toy, Man!
That way ya can always have the Roadie ready to go, as you won't have the urge to tear it apart and tinker wit IT....

At the moment there are four bikes in our one car garage. Lori's 78FLH Shovelhead all redone waiting for the tins to come back from paint. Lori's 2005 Yamaha Roadstar Silverado, my 71 Honda 450 SS Chopper, runs great rebuilding cosmetics piece by piece, and my 2003 Yamaha Roadstar Silverado. On the hunt currently for a used 650 Vstar classic for stepdaughter, think we found one in Bakersfield this weekend but she has to put it in her garage or parking space, maybe next to her boyfriends 07 RSTD.
Never enough bikes.
Rick

I have both a RoadStar, and a XL1200 Sportster. I like them both, each is not the other, except that they are both Vtwins. I also like giving up the extra 250 lbs every know and again
