try disconnecting the original horn and only used your new one and see if you lose the juice... that way you'll eliminate your new horn being the cause... and as for upping to 15 amp fuse it's not good for your electrical system and could possibly heat up wires and be just another headache for you to find.... a relay is the way to go if your planning on using two horns.... check out ebay for Stebel Nautilus Compact Motorcycle Air Horn... I hear they're loud
