Laws that discriminate are wrong and should be faught. Unfortunately, we must comply with them until we can get them changed. But the LEO waved at me and smiled as I pulled over to put the lid back on. Got pulled over (we were at a red light) on the strip in downtown Vegas by cops on bicycles. It was going to be a 200 dollar fine for no helmet , cop was cool , let one of us catch a cab and retrieve the helmets from our hotel room. Funny thing is , if you are renting a scooter (50cc ) you are not required to wear a helmet. So.....naturally , the guys and I thought a break from the helmets for a ride into the city would be nice......
