My hands go numb every time I ride. I think it's just something we all have to accept. I did recently purchase some fingerless leather gloves with a gel padding in them and they did help some but I don't think anything will get rid of it completely. It was carpal tunnel syndrome. I had to have surgery on both hands, no big deal and the problem is gone! Thanksfully, I've got a throttle lock, so I can "cruise" on trips and give my right hand a break. The left isn't much of a problem.
