Hammer, I've tried everything I can think of, different roads, straight, smooth, rough, with traffic, without... and the combinations of each with and without the windshield. It just keeps happening! I do appreciate the suggestions and I am going to get Bucks lowers in a few weeks. I'm really looking forward to trying them out.

Bear and Dean... you guys are absolutely right.

I am planning next week to take it in for the initial service. I will be sure to speak with the Service Manager and the Sales guy that I worked with (my cousin also bought a bike from him 45 days ago...). I did mention the issue to the sales guy when he called 2 weeks after I bought the bike to follow up with me. He told me to check the tire pressure and to be patient while the tires "break in". I think he meant wearing off the glossy oil coating over the tire. He did say if it continued to be sure to hit them up in the service department. The sales guy has been there 25+ years, so I'm hoping he will have my back if I need some "support" with the shop.
