Ummm...my Spanish isn't perfect, and I can't speak for Loko, but if I got all that correctly, that fighter would be just as "well" off calling themself "El Pinche Pendejo"... NO! I agree with those who suggest 16's, I'm so happy with mine and I know now that if I went shorter that I'd be buying new bars after little while. No one has given me any grief over the hight of my bars, even in SC. When in doubt, I just sit up stright, scoot back a bit so my butt is raised on the back of the seat. Don't know if that had done any good but like I said, no tickets, no problem.
