At most I see $3K, quite a difference from $8k.

MSRP* $18,690 (Royal Star Venture S: Seashell/Raven) Available from September 2008
$18,190 (Candy Red/Raven) Available from September 2008

Ultra Classic® Electra Glide®
* MSRP starting at $ 20,999

If you buy a ultra with the same equipement it will run at least $24,000. The $20,000 is base price I believe.

What same equipment are you talking about? The cassette deck maybe, or the optional 8 track? Just kidding about that, but seriously, what equipment comes on the Venture that isn't standard on the Ultra?

2 tone Paint. It does have a cassett player, . but the 09 comes with 6 changer cd. Add an additional 3 year warranty. I haven't looked lately, but I think cruise is optional but I could be wrong. I haven't looked at the specs lately, I am going buy the difference at the Harley Shops.

It's all good, ride what you like and most importantly be safe doing it.

To all:
The H-D bashing here is getting pretty old. It used to rear it's ugly head about every 3-4 weeks and now it's happening every few days. It's not going to be tolerated, it's one of the few rules on the site and shouldn't be too hard for all to respect. Thanks to all for cooperating.

Only bashing I saw here was the shot at the Venture cassette deck. Which by the way I just don't understand. You would think Yamaha would at the least just supply a radio. No one uses cassettes anymore. SHould have put a record player in the trunk too.

If you want a touring bike, get a goldwing. By far they are the finest, most refined touring bike on the market. I have a 2008 goldwing and I just bought a new 2007 Roadliner. I have a disease...I can't stop buying motorcycles! Is there a cure out there?
