?s on installing new V&H Pro-Pipe 5 Years, 2 Months ago
I just got my new pipe today and plan on installing it this weekend.

Is there anything I should do to put a protective finish on the pipe before I install it? If so any particular product you would recommend?

The installation looks fairly simple. Is there anything I should be wary of or any tips I should use while I am putting it on?

Thanks,
Craig

Hawkeye, you might want to clean the chrome before the install and wear latex gloves while installing it so as not to get fingerprints on the pipe. Give it one last wipe down afterwards before your fire your engine..

Thanks Al. That is an excellent idea that I will definitely use.
