Greyphart has seen mine, I made it out of a piece of Trex deck wood. I drilled two holes in it to put in Marine (boat) flags that I got at fleet farm (poles and mounts only) and I got the 3X5 flags from a local flag company.

I mount it to the luggage rack with u-bolts and plastic fishing rod holders.

I've seen several people who just use PVC Pipe and a simple base. Go to a PGR event and take a look around. Ironman could probable fab one for you if you just PM him.

Here's an idea for anyone looking...saw a bike the other day at a Patriot Guard ride. He fabricated a bracket to accommodate 2 fiberglass electric fence posts. They are lightweight, flex with the wind, and are tall enough to hang a 3x5 flag. Plus they are only $1.79 ea. at a farm supply store. just picked up a couple today!
