To me, that it saying they are better than everyone else and their precious ride deserves special parking privileges over everyone else. I would go to management and complain that they are hoarding the parking spaces. Don't lose your job though. Maybe a better course of action would be to follow him to his watering hole and pile drive him into the ground like a friggin fence post. Roll his bike out in the middle of the street and park it there. They are valve stem caps that light up and flash when the bike moves. When the wheels are spinning fast, they look like a solid ring of light. They are bright enough to be seen in the daylight. They cost about $7. 4) They can't be seen directly by the rider unless it's dark out, and by then he's already moving. 5) They come in different colors...even pink. Do this for a couple days so he thinks it's leaking. Not that I've ever done this to someone .
