It's probably the Yami loctite. I used a torch to heat up the bolt heads to melt the loctite and they came off OK. Aheat gun will work too. Some have even made a hair dryer work.

Or .... don't rejet if you just changed the pipes.

Check first to see how it runs with the new pipes.

This is a good a place as any to start

170 main
Clip on the 4th groove
2 1/2 out on PMS
leave the stock pilot in there
Then do the WOT and see how the main is
If the main is OK get the needle set right if needed
Then go to the PMS if needed

You might also want to port your manifold as long as you have things tore down.

Thanks again for the advice, I will let you know on the results
as for the manifold porting , will it add better performance or smoother acceleration, or which will improve the most.
Thanks

a set of impact driver allen bits is also a good investment, as they are quite a bit stronger.

the torx bits in the impact set can also get out rounded off allen bolts out with a bit of care

Well, kinda all ot the above. If you look inside the manifold it has square 90 degree corners with a flat back. Can't be good for even airflow. Poring rounds out the square corners and improves the flow, mix, and breathing.
