I too was looking into these BEFORE I purchase HKs and found a post on rsr that is quoted below.

Don't do it. I got sucked in and they don't do sh@#. I was also looking to tone things down just a little. It's a round metal tube about 12" long with a tab on one end and a pita to try to fit in...of course after its in they aren't giving a refund. They got me good on that one.
