You might want to check out time-sert. They are heavy duty helicoils. I have used them several times and they are super. I even used them to replace a stripped spark plug hole in a alum head on my GF's old car. That saved a ton of money and time! Dave. P.S. WE have put about 40k miles on that car since then and she runs like a top.
