for starters..they are not fiberglass..they are plastic, and it may be difficult to get fiberglass to adhere (i would have to try it)....they could be customized, if you know what you are doing, if you had to pay someone....it would be a lot of $$$$$$$..I have repaired them before, used a plastic welder... it would be cheaper to buy bigger bags in the style you want. just my opinion...
