open the picture in "my documents", at the bottom will be a button that closes picture viewer and opens microsoft paint. There should be a drop down that has stretch/skew. open that nad change the pixel size to 50/50

They look like Hard Khrome big 3's you can get new tips from JP Cycles or direct.

Not too hard there should be an allen bolt under the pipe remove and replace the tip, careful cause they also hold the baffles.
Here are some of the tips they have: Hard Krome exhaust tips

Pretty sure these are the pipes you have: Hard Krome 2.75 Big Straights
