How is the hook on the bottom of seat? I was having same issue cleaned mechanism and then wouldn't catch, pull on latch seemed to work but was still tough, turned out that one side of the weld on my seat hook broke loose, just enough that it was not lining up correctly, Just an idea. Bruzer
