I've been riding in constant rain since the end of August. We had one nice day in September. Today, like a stooge, I believed the weather forecast: Partly cloudy, 20% chance of rain. Pffft.... How about 100% cloudy and constant chilly drizzle. I don't care. After two months of this crap, I've started to kinda' like it. Sort o' like warm beer and cold women...
